About the ICAN Cloud Quotation System
Using the ICAN cloud quotation system you can create detailed and professional looking quotations for your existing and prospective customers alike. You can add a cover note, a valid-to date and as many individual products and services as you wish. You can then email the quotation and cover note to your customer with a few clicks.
Generating an Invoice from Your Quotation
If the quotation turns into a sale, you can click the “covert” icon on the quotations listing to generate an sales invoice. No need to enter all the information again.
It’s Just Like Creating an Invoice
The interface across all the features is purposely kept as consistent as possible. The quotation system works in exactly the same way as the invoicing system, money-in and money-out, so it’ll be a breeze.
Basic details are added at the top, such as date, valid-date and cover note. Products and services are added below. You can make the quotation as detailed or general as you need.
First add a description, then a quantity and then finally, a unit price. The totals are auto-calculated. Then click add and add another and another: add as many or few as you need. You could add just one all encompassing product, or break the quote down to the microscopic level. It’s up to you.
An auto-suggest feature on the product description field speeds things up by suggesting items that you have added before.
Professional Looking Quotations for Download and Email
Quotations can be downloaded as professional looking PDFs for archiving and printing. This is also the format that they are emailed, so your prospective customer can do the same.
